Compuverde collaborates with Stanford university as a corporate project partner in the 2013 and 2014 partner programs. The project runs from January and ends in June.

TelecomCity located in Karlskrona is what would be referred to as a "hot spot" within the IT and telecom industry. It was here were Europolitan was founded, one of the first and subsequently largest mobile operators and an important contributor to the development of the Swedish mobile market.
Today the TelecomCity network consists of a number of leading companies. Ericsson and Telenor, among others, as well as a variety of innovative product and service companies. The network also includes The Municipality of Karlskrona and Blekinge Institute of Technology, profiled in applied IT and sustainable development. Since the mid-90s, the companies within TelecomCity have been developing products, services and solutions that make businesses more effective and simplify every day life.

Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA)
Compuverde is a proud member of the worldwide association SNIA (Storage Networking Industry Association). Like all of SNIA's members, Compuverde stands behind and shares the common goal of SNIA: To promote acceptance, deployment, and confidence in storage-related architectures, systems, services, and technologies across IT and business communities.
The nonprofit association SNIA was founded in 1997 and is today's catalyst in the IT industry for the development of storage solution specifications and technologies, global standards, and storage education. Ever since SNIA´s incorporation it has worked to bring recognition of storage issues to the world of IT and to make it more user friendly.
The SNIA, teamed with their strategic partner Computerworld, dedicated members and volunteers, works towards this goal by forming and sponsoring Technical Work Groups (TWGs) and producing the Storage Networking World (SNW) Conference series. Furthermore, the SNIA is involved in building and maintaining a vendor neutral Technology Center in Colorado Springs, as well as promoting activities that expand the quality and breath of the storage and information management market.

Blekinge Institute of Technology
Compuverde aims to work close to research and has recently started a project together with BTH in the field of Cloud Computing technologies. Read more about the research project here.

Education and research
Blekinge Institute of Technology offers over 30 bachelor's study programs and over 20 master study programs. With about 1,100 international students BTH offers 18 master's programs and two undergraduate programs in English.
The authorized area of research is engineering in which BTH is entitled to run PhD study programs. As a top ranked institute BTH has 111 doctoral students within technology and 12 doctoral students are registered at other academic institutions. The institute also provides 14third-cycle study programs in engineering. Research studies are carried out in all faculties in co-operation with other universities.
Blekinge Institute of Technology has several award winning and well recognized professors; in total the institute has 34 professors.

Knowledge Foundation and Ericsson
Compuverde, Ericsson and Blekinge Institute of Technology is working on a joint venture project on big data storage solutions and cloud computing. The project work is sponsored by the Knowledge Foundation (KK-stiftelsen), a swedish research financier for universities with the task of strengthening Sweden's competitiveness and ability to create value.
